So this week's episode is a bit of a weird one, because I don't really talk about keyboards terribly much (it is mentioned in context and example) but it isn't the focus of the episode.

 

I was fortunate enough to attend some leadership training, and I wanted to share with everyone some of the takeaways and tools provided in this training, so we can all develop and increase our leadership skills, to better support ourselves, and our community.
